School Concert

Each Year St. Mary's Primary School puts on a school concert. Every second year there is either a whole school production or individual class performances. This year was the turn of the individual class performance.
The evening started with our Grade 6 comperes welcoming the audience and introducing the first act, Grade 4,5 & 6, who showed us the art of synchronised swimming. The followed this up with a rendition of Petula Clark's 'Downtown' and a medley of well known Disney songs. The junior class performed their take on the classic "Jack & the Beanstalk' as well as some great dance moves to the song 'Rockin' Robin'. The grade 3's made music with their cups and the Grade 2's showed us the 'Troll' really was a good guy after all.
The highlight of the evening was the whole school finale. Lights were turned off as every student danced away in their 'glow in the dark' outfits to raptures of applause from the audience.
